Bluehost has done it again, they have increased their plan specifications to now offer 15,00GB Diskspace and 15,000GB Bandwidth. We have had this site hosted on Bluehost for over 3 years now and have been very impressed with it. The few minor problems we have had been resolved quiet effeciently by Bluehost's email support. I would like to make special mention of the Bluehost support staff which I have found to be extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. To test their support systems we have tried asking different types of question regading email, mysql etc and have received very prompt and knowledgeable replies. All our support requests were answered within 24 hours with most being answered within a few hours. The servers are also very reliable, we have seen a marked increase in the speed of the site since we moved to Bluehost. The sample site receives over 6000 unique visitors every day and the BlueHost server is handling this with ease.

Although not available 24/7/365 like many hosting companies, their award-winning technical support team provides top-notch support during their advertised business hours. Much like the lack of information regarding their equipment, it may be disheartening to a potential e-business owner to know that they cannot contact the company at all hours of the day if something goes wrong.
