While Vendio is lacking on support its services and hosting packages make up for it. More support may become available as the company grows. Vendio is a good solution at a cheap price for the personal site or small business and any such person would be wise to give them a chance.

While Vendio has been in business since 1998 they have only recently began web hosting. As such there plans are cheap and this would be an excellent time to join Vendio’s customer base before prices go up and they will. With features like Vendio offers they will not stay low for long. Plans range from the Minimal Plan at only $3.95 to the Business Plan at only 17.95. The minimal Plan offers 25 megabytes of storage, 1 gigabyte of transfer, two email accounts, and a web control panel. While this is a great plan for a small personal site and is very cheap I don’t understand why anyone would buy it when for only $17.95 the business plan offers so much more. The business plan offers four gigabytes of storage space, 100gigabytes of transfer, unlimited emails, web control panel, and ecommerce. That is right for only $17.95 ecommerce is included. And the fun doesn’t even stop there. Included with all three plans is a free domain and setup. Why am I wasting time writing this review? I should be busy signing up with Vendio!!

Service Review

As Vendio has only recently became a web host they offer a ton of other services that they specialized in before they took up web hosting; such as, customer manager, photo hosting, and online stores. As if this wasn’t enough their site also has information about what type of information to put on as site, and free trials of many of their services. I have never seen another web host with this many quality services to offer.

Vendio Support

Vendio is lacking in the area of support and this could hurt the customer base. If they plan on becoming a serious web host they will need to add support. No one wants to have a web host that they can’t expect help from when something goes wrong. Customers want to know that someone is there for them. However they do store your sit in a secure location and offer a30 day money back guarantee. At least if someone signs up and finds out their lack of support is a real issue they have the option of getting out before it is too late.

Vendio’s prices are terrific as are their services. If they had a better support system this would be the host to go with. They are new to the web hosting business and I can only assume that they will add more support as the money becomes available. Even as is Vendio deserves a second look. Thy offer small business and personal sites a much better deal than they are going to find anywhere else, and have the services that small businesses need to become a success on the internet.
